Support the NCJSA

Coaches and Volunteers Needed:

Many teams and coaches are returning again for the softball season. Excitement is high for another fun year. Whether your interest is fast pitch or t-ball, NCJSA has a team ready for you.

All coaches in NCJSA are Achieve, Certify, Educate (ACES) certified, bringing a wealth of knowledge of the game to the participants in the program. If you would like to participate as a member of the board of directors, a coach, or a volunteer in any capacity, please contact Rachel O'Brien, NCJSA President, at

Sponsorships and Donations:

One hundred percent of the funding for NCJSA comes from donations, sponsorships, and the registration fees we charge our members.  Absolutely everyone in NCJSA, including every coach and every board member, receives no compensation for their efforts: our rewards come from the kids' and parents' smiles.

NCJSA's commitment to the kids of our community includes a concerted effort to keep our registration fees as low as possible.

Sponsorships, business donations and private donations from our community are key to NCJSA's programs.  They assure NCJSA can provide a positive sports opportunity to as many kids as possible.

NCJSA wants to provide an enjoyable softball experience to every girl who shows an interest.  We don't ever want a family's financial situation to impact a player's decision to engage in sports.  We are dependent on the generous contributions from our community.

Please consider donating anything you can afford to help the kids of North Clackamas stay involved in sports.  Its an investment in their health, their happiness, their attitudes towards others and  the brightness of their futures.

Possible donation items include:

  • Raffle prizes.  Electronics, gift cards, you name it.....
  • Prizes for the silent auction.  Vacation stays, furnishings, ....
  • Sponsorships.  Business and family sponsorships are a mainstay of our funding.
  • Your time to help with Family Fun Day: food preparers are especially appreciated.
  • Cash. Who can forget cash :-)
  • Don't let this list limit your ideas!

Please contact our Treasurer Rhonda Williams at or 503-928-2564 to make a donation or funding suggestion.
